Sinfonietta of the UdK Berlin

The dynamic orchestra of the Institute of Music Education was founded in 2022 and inspires with its lively energy and creative diversity. Consisting of committed and versatile students from the Teacher Training, Artistic-Pedagogical Training, Tonmeister and Church Music degree programs, the Sinfonietta not only functions as a concert orchestra, but also as an inspiring field of experimentation for teacher training students with an orchestral conducting profile. Each semester, the orchestra develops a varied program that always explores the balance between core repertoire and works that have been unjustly forgotten.
